High Rank Roles

In EITM, high ranks play a VERY hands on approach impacting their clan. Players who have these roles will be required to be 18+ and be active within the community. High roles are considered staff. Please view below to see the type of responsibilities each role has. High ranking roles CANNOT be archived, so you'll need backup players who can play the character while your away if you need to go on hiatus.

Leaders will have a max of 3 Backups in list of priority. Backups are basically Substitutes for when a Leaders player is unable to make an event or need to go on hiatus!

You are the head of your clan! The leader! You worked yourself up the ranks and starclan has deemed you worthy. Here is the part you have to play:

Clan Leaders word is starclan's word. Cats will follow what you say.
Must be available for Ceremonies or Emergencies and general clan managing.
You will be hands on with event planning and how it will affect your clan
Must keep track of Other Clan relations with your Clan
Must be available for Gathering and speak, giving the clans news over the past moon.
Must preform all Clan Traditions.
Will act as Clan Staff in server, if someone is breaking rules or being a general pain you must gather evidence and tell server Admins.
Handle Clan tickets such as role changes (apprentice to warrior ECT)
Must create Warrior names for apprentices during their warrior ceremony (If player has not discussed this with you)
Must choose new Deputy if deputy passes away
Mentorship and Training Oversight: Assigning Mentors to apprentices
Decide on War or attacking another clan.
Documenting your clan for the storybook.
- This includes forward thinking such an apprentices full name or mentor decisions for backups
Traveling to and from the Ghost Hollow and speaking to Starclan.
Giving out Punishments or Exiling cats
Making hard Decisions
Create a detailed rule list for backups

Basically youll be acting as the Admin of your clan.

Backups are EXTREAMLY important for this. Backups for leaders will act as the role of your character, but have limited actions such as

Handling & Preforming Ceremonies
Roleplaying and giving statements at the gathering
Handle Events
Handle Clan tickets

Backups will NEVER make major decisions! Everything should be documented before hand and they will follow your words, such as a teacher setting up for a sub!
Since High ranks cannot be archived. If the player leaves the server without word and staff cannot get in contact the leader will be struck down from starclan and killed.

You are Second in command, The leaders right hand man! You hold a lot of responsibility in your paws

Every week you will make a Patrols Schedule, please include a bunch of different cats and players so there is not schedualling issues! Cats are required to go on one patrol a week
You will be hands on with event planning and how it will affect your clan
Keep inventory of the Fresh kill pile
Reporting anything to the leader
Help handle Clan Tickets
If your leader is out of commission in game or if no backups are available, You will have to step in and do Leader responsibilities.

Be Prepared to do Leader roles and follow in their pawsteps.

Deputies have a total of 2 backups. Backups will follow the Primarys lead.

Same for Full and Apprentice!

Foraging: You will be the sole collector of herbs for the most part. Youll need to understand the Foraging system.
Inventory: Youll need to keep track of your clans herb inventory and adjust to it, collecting herbs where needed
Healing, Youll need to be very familiar with the healing process, clearing and managing healing tickets.
Youll be the interrupter for events that include prophecies and Omens.
Mediate clan members and potentially travel to other clans.
Do medicine cat ceremonies
Train an apprentice on herbs and Treatments.
Make announcements if needed
Go to Half moon gathering and Full moon Gatherings.

Medicine cats will have 3 Backups. Medicine cat backups will only deal with treating tickets on the technical side, ensuring cats will continue to heal if primary is on hiatus.

Backups are important They serve as a way for high ranking players to take a step back when needed without killing or the clan coming to a halt. These backups will be carefully chosen from players interested in becoming that rank. Each category has backup info, however please note that Backups will never fully replace or act as the Primary cat. They merely are Following the primaries example. Backups will never make drastic or character choices. If they do those messages will be voided and there will be corrective actions for that player.
